WE OFFER EXCHANGE ON SIZING ERROR WITHIN 24-48HRS OF PURCHASE.

Seeking exchange or return on custom size order or preordered items is not allowed.

Customers seeking exchange for an item due to an incorrect size provided by the client is not acceptable.

Items returned can only be eligible for exchange if :
- the dress is returned in the exact condition as delivered with no damage.

Ready to wear items

Within Lagos: Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours after payment is made and confirmed.

Interstate: Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after payment is made and confirmed

International: Delivery takes 7to 10 working days after payment confirmation .

Custom Sizes/ pre order items

Processing time is 3 working days.

Within Lagos: Delivery after processing takes 24 to 48 hours

Interstate: Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after payment is made and confirmed

International: Delivery takes 7to 10 working days after payment confirmation .

Please note that express production and delivery services are available for an additional cost of ₦15,000.
